     依据为WEEE指令（2002/96/EC）附录IB（ANNEX IB）“产品清单”的第6点（第六大类）“电子电气工具”（Electrical and electronic tools）的最后一项“割草或其他园艺活动用工具”（Tools for mowing or other gardening activities）。 RoHS指令（2002/96/EC）的依据为第2条（Article 2）“范围”中第1点“Without prejudice to Article 6, this Directive shall apply to electrical and electronic equipment falling under the categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 set out in Annex IA to Directive No 2002/96/EC (WEEE) and to electric light bulbs, and luminaires in households.”，即范围包括WEEE指令的第六大类产品。
